Body Wise Birth Services is the only comprehensive Childbirth Attendant/Doula Training organisation in Western Victoria.
Our organisation delivers exciting, innovative, fast, affordable training to women who are seeking a rewarding new career in the childbirth sector.
Body Wise Birth Services regularly facilitate educational workshops specialisig in Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage, Aromatherapy for pregnancy labour and birth, Lymphatic drainage for wellness, Breastfeeding and postnatal support and Infant First Aid and Rescusitation.
Body Wise Birth Services also offer childbirth preparation sessions, doula support services and pregnancy massage for families in the Ballarat and surrounding areas. We provide our doula support services free of charge for families under the age of 20 years, or upon referral.
It is our aim to share information within our community, and to rebuild social links and support networks.
Our faculty of training have recently developed a comprehensive, self paced online / distance education program for those who wish to study in the comfort of their own home (Childbirth Attendant / Doula Education only). This mode of study will deliver workshop content electronically, directly to your email inbox, complete with assessment tasks and trainers available be email or phone to answer any questions and to offer guidence.
As part of our ongoing commitment to our students, after successful completion of our 'Childbirth Attendant / Doula Education' workshop, we welcome past students to come along to attend future workshops at no charge.
